The temp this week is 97 - 98 - 99... plus it's extremely humid so the heat index is 110+ ! Time to hibernate

Caught up with my fun and wonderful friend Becky at Homer's Coffee House. She highly recommended the movie that's showing at the Rio, Every Little Step. And I promised her I'd watch So You Think You Can Dance so that we can chat about the performances!

Wildcat Weekend

Joanie and I had a great time in Manhattan at K-State enrollment and orientation. She got lots of personal attention, especially from the ID department.

Testing

Here is my first blog. I attended a breakfast at the Central Exchange where we learned a few things about getting started. Since Blogspot was recommended as the easiest place to start, here I am. It's all private while I'm getting comfortable and experimenting. I chose the name "Tea Time" because I'm trying to have a cup of tea in the evenings and thought I'd blog then. I chose the signature KBL to remind me of my dear daddy who signed his newspaper columns FGB.
